Morning Prayer Tuesday July 6 with Franciscan Missionaries of Mary Morning Prayer July 6
Join with the Sisters of the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary from Clontarf, Dublin for Morning Prayer on Tuesday, July 6.
Srs Noreen, Lumay, and Anne remind us first, that today is the feast of St Maria Goretti, who, in her dying moment after the attack on her, forgave her attacker. She is an example of forgiveness and an example to young people.
The sisters remind us of the words from the Gospel reading: “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.” This continues to be true today. and they suggest that the call to labourers to join in the harvest extends to all baptised people.
