Morning Prayer with the Oblate Family, August 6th With Heidi Schofield
Good morning, everyone! Today, we join Heidi Schofield, from Holyhead, for our morning prayer together.
Today’s Gospel reading is from Luke, and is of the transfiguration of Jesus. May we someday see the splendor of Jesus as Peter, John and James did on top of the mountain. Perhaps we’d react in a similar way to Peter, who, as the Gospel states, didn’t really know what he was saying – such was the awesome nature of what he was witnessing.
