Morning Prayer with the Oblate Family: Friday 2nd September With Chris Rowland
Good morning, everyone! Today, we invite you to join Chris Rowland, from St. Mary’s Star of the Sea parish, in Leith, Edinburgh, for our morning prayer.
Today’s reading is from the Gospel of Luke. It recalls the time when Jesus performed a miracle of fish, with Peter, James and John. The apostles didn’t know about the miracle that would happen that day; they were fishermen and dependent on the sea for their livelihood. But such was the power of the Lord, that they gave up everything to journey with Christ.
Thank you for joining us this morning.
