Morning Prayer with the Oblate Family: Friday 9th September With James and Bruna
Good morning, everyone! Today, we invite you to join James and Bruna, from London, for our morning prayer.
Today’s reading is from the Gospel of Luke, “Why do you observe the splinter in your brother’s eye and never notice the plank in your own?”
It’s a very natural and human temptation to make assessments and conclusions about others; we all do it. Let us endeavour to be more humble, realising that we don’t have perfect knowledge, and try with ever greater vigour to love our neighbours unconditionally.
Thank you for joining us this morning.
