Morning Prayer with the Oblate Family: Monday August 15th With Kay Curran

Good morning, everyone! Today, we join Kay Curran, of the Oblates Lourdes Pilgrimage Team, for our morning prayer together.
Today’s Gospel reading is from Luke, and is Mary’s Magnificat. The reading is full of reflection on what makes Mary great in the eyes of God. Our lives can be full with doubt, difficulty, suffering and pain. Faith in Christ doesn’t take away our cross; likewise, it didn’t for Mary at the foot of the cross. Her assumption gives us courage and hope.
Thank you for joining us this morning.
