Morning Prayer with the Oblate Family, Monday October 31st With Mary Tyrrell
Good morning friends, we invite you to join Mary Tyrrell of the Oblate Partners in Mission Team for today’s morning prayer, on the eve of All Saints Day.
Today’s reading is Psalm 130. It is very short, very clear and very gentle. There is nothing to fear. Trust in God.
“Keep my soul in peace before you, O Lord.”
In these days, when there is so much disquiet, even chaos in the world around us, we don’t seem to be able to rely on governments,
systems, institutions, banks, and maybe even the church anymore.
It is only one God we can always trust and rely on. God never disappoints us.
Thank God that we have hope and pray for someone you know who feels there is no hope and they may turn back to God, the true source of peace and love.
Thanks for joining us this morning.
