Morning Prayer with the Oblates, Tuesday June 15th With Annmarie
Today we join Annmarie, Chaplain of the Convent of Jesus & Mary Language College in London, for our morning prayer. Annmarie works closely with the parish team in Kilburn. Today’s gospel asks something very challenging of us – to love those that we find difficult to love and pray for them, and to consider “Who is my neighbour?”
This morning when you go out and start your day, try and greet each person as your neighbour, whether it is a smile, looking in their eyes, being kind to that person.
“But I say this to you: love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” Matthew 5:43-48
Thank you for joining us this morning.
