Oblate Morning Prayer, Wednesday January 26th With Trudy Shaw in Leith
Friends, we invite you to join Trudy Shaw, a member of the Oblate Parish of St Mary’s, Star of the Sea in Leith, Edinburgh.
And there are those who have received the seed in rich soil: they hear the word and accept it and yield a harvest, thirty and sixty and a hundredfold. Mark 4:1-20
Today’s gospel describes how Jesus is trying to teach his disciples to understand his parables. We must be prepared to listen and to take in the Word of God. Each day let us choose to be open to the Word of God in our lives.
