The Porch Project Christmas Dinner 38 guests and 20 volunteers

A Christmas Meal together – the Porch Project
The Porch Project at Quex Road, Kilburn, held its Christmas dinner in the parish club on December 19th. We welcomed 38 guests and a marvellous team of 20 volunteers. The Project opens its doors every Thursday evening to the homeless and the lonely in the area.
Everyone involved in the Porch wishes you a very Happy Christmas!
THE PORCH PROJECT
Every Thursday – 5.00 pm
Every Thursday we open the room at the back of the Parish Office as a place of welcome to the elderly, lonely and homeless in our community. The doors open at 5pm with a cup of tea and a chat and then we serve a freshly cooked meal at 6.30pm. The Porch is staffed by a team of volunteers who are co-ordinated by Paula. The Porch is open to all and we invite you to pop in if you would like to any Thursday evening.
