May 21st – Feast the Founder of the Oblates of Mary Immaculate

Dear friends, wishing all members of our Oblate Family a very happy feast day of our founder, Saint Eugene de Mazenod, who died on this day, May 21st, in 1861.

On this day, we remember the life of this great Saint, who worked so tirelessly to bring the Good News to those on the margins in the neediest of places around the world. We bring all of our intentions and our loved ones intentions, especially the sick and the suffering and ask the intercession of Saint Eugene today. We also pray in a special way for vocations to the Oblate way of life, and for the vocations of all Christians.
