The Oblate Family Morning Prayer: Tuesday 12th November 2024 With Sylvia in Kilburn
Gospel | Luke 17:7-10 ©
You are merely servants Sylvia reflects: ‘Einstein said, “Strange is our situation here upon earth. Each of us comes for a short visit, not knowing why, yet sometimes seeming to a divine purpose from the standpoint of daily life.” However, there is one thing we know – that we are here for the sake of others. Many times a day, I realise how earnestly I must accept myself in order to give in return as much as I’ve received. So let’s pause and reflect today as we go about our daily lives. In what way am I given in return for what I have received from the Lord?’
Thank you for joining us this morning.
