“A you did it to one of the least of these, you did it to me” – Morning prayer with the Oblate Family, March 7th With Olga Slater in London
Join Olga Slater in London this morning as she ponder and reflects on the message of the Gospel today.
Today’s gospel reading comes at an interesting and opportune time looking at the world’s current affairs, especially with the suffering we hear of going on in the Ukraine, and other parts of the world.
We are reminded that for as long as our fellow brothers and sisters suffer, Christ suffers too. Jesus, in the Gospel, offers practical ways we can help our brothers and sisters – feeding the hungry, giving water to the thirsty, clothing the naked, visiting the imprisoned, and caring for the sick. Whether or not we live by these loving actions defines who we are.
“As you did it to one of the least of these who are members of my family, you did
it to me.“
Thank you for joining us this morning.
