Good morning everyone, and welcome to morning prayer with Fr Michael Brady.

There are many lovely things in today’s reading that Fr Michael is sure will come to the surface of the hearts of those who are listening. There is a lovely climate of friendship with the family of Martha, Mary and the man who had been raised from the dead. And we can understand the atmosphere which Jesus must have created when he went in, and the pleasure with which they prepared the meal for him. Fr Michael goes into greater detail.
