Good morning! Today we invite you to join Dominique, a member of the Oblate parish of St Joseph’s, Colwyn Bay, in North Wales for our time of reflection and prayer together.

Lord Jesus Christ, help us to examine ourselves humbly and honestly, seeing ourselves as we really are. Help us to face the truths we’d rather ignore, to admit those mistakes we’d rather not own up to.
