Morning Prayer with the Oblate Family: Monday December 2nd
Good morning friends. We invite you to join Gerard Bissett, from the Parish of Darndale-Belcamp, Dublin, once again for today’s morning prayer on the first Monnday of Advent, December 2nd.
Gospel | Matthew 8:5-11 ©
‘I am not worthy to have you under my roof: give the word, and my servant will be healed’
Gerard reflects: ‘Today’s prayer intention is for those who are on a difficult journey in life. Now Mary has begun her journey from Nazareth to Bethlehem to give birth to the Saviour. And many of us are also on a difficult journey in our own lives, or whatever it may be. It’s difficult. Yet, the burden is always eased when we share it with somebody.’
Thank you for joining us this morning.
