Good morning friends, today we join Fr Terry Murray OMI, from the Sacred Heart parish in Kilburn, London.

In today’s reading from Matthew, there is a focus on the importance of living in the present moment, and not to worry about yesterday or tomorrow. Yesterday has gone, tomorrow is not here – all we have is now. May we enjoy the present moment and see today as a gift from God.
