Morning Prayer with the Oblate Family – Tuesday November 8th

Good morning and welcome to morning prayer with Pat from Birkenhead. We appreciate that you are with us, so that we can support one another by praying and reflecting together as a community of faith and hope.

Today’s reading is from the Gospel according to Luke. There are many types of service, and how you do it is more important than what you do. Do you do it knowing you are doing God’s will, or do you do it out of wanting recognition from others? No one said it would be easy all the time, but the joy of doing God’s will should be the foundation of our daily service.
