Friends, we join Olga Slater in London for our morning prayer today, Wednesday June 19th 2024.

“Your Father who sees all that is done in secret will reward you”

Olga reflects: “A challenging gospel today – it is almost a reminder about self re-examining oursleves – like a spiritual checklist on our righteousness and motivations. Are we pious for others to see? Do we give so that others may see what we give, how much we give and in what way we give? It is calling us to consider when we pray – how authentic, sincere and genuine we are as a people of God? This scripture passage could not be more important today for us in a world of social media.”
