Morning Prayer with the Oblates: Friday November 5th

Good morning. We join Liam Griffin, an Oblate of Mary Immaculate and a member of the Provincial Administration, in Inchicore for our time of prayer at the beginning of this November day as we gather from far and wide.
Let us begin this time together by bringing ourselves into the presence of God as we pray together.
God has given us the greatest possession of all, our Christian faith. But also our human talents. One day he will ask us how much we have done to deepen the knowledge of our faith.. How far, we may be asked, have we used our natural talents, say, in writing on social activity, to make our world a more Christian world? This Gospel passage gives us much food for honest self-questioning.
Thanks for joining us this morning.
