Morning Prayer with the Oblates, Good Friday, April 2nd With Fr John Mc Fadden
We join Fr John McFadden OMI in the Benedictine Monastery in Largs, Scotland for our Good Friday morning prayer. Like Saint Eugene de Mazenod, let us too allow the icon of the cross to look upon each one of us and listen to what Jesus might be saying to us, on this Good Friday.
“Shall I ever forget those bitter tears which the sight of the cross drew from my eyes one Good Friday. They welled up from the depths of my heart. Never was my soul more relieved and never did I feel happier.” – Saint Eugene de Mazenod on his Good Friday Experience
Thanks for joining the Oblate Community for morning prayer – we hope you have a wonderful day. Let us know how we can pray for you in the comments below the video or send us an email: communications@oblates.ie
