Yesterday Pádraigín took us through some of the customs and background of the Eve of Saint Brigid’s day, today she takes us through the prayers, customs and traditions of St Brigid’s feast day and the welcoming of new life into our homes on the 1st of February, the feast day of Saint Brigid, Patron Saint of Ireland.
