Reflecting on today’s reading from the book of Exodus, we are reassured that our Lord of holiness, healing and mercies would never abandon us. Whatever each one of us is facing, let us seek the Lord for his help in our lives and be at peace, asking him to come to our aid in all our needs.

We join Lynn Kyei Poakwah, a member of the Oblate Parish of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in West Kilburn for morning prayer on Monday, July 19th.
