The Bread of Life: the Gift of the Eucharist

We join Frankie once more in Scotland for our morning prayer where we contemplate the words of Jesus “I am the Bread of Life”.

Let’s all try to remember our own first holy communions and approach the Blessed Sacrament every time with that same reverence that we first showed way back then when we were children. Let’s pray for our parents and godparents that they are always respected and loved for the real gifts in the faith they have passed onto us. May we always treasure them so that in turn we might pass that gift on to our own god children and children.
