Morning Prayer with the Oblates, Thursday June 10th

Fr Terry Murray of Quex Road, Kilburn, leads us in our morning prayer. “You are the salt of the earth and the light of the world, says the Lord.“ The challenge that the Lord sets before is today is for us to try and find concrete ways to be salt and light in the world. 

Today we also pray for Fr Oliver Barry, who will this afternoon will be installed in for his second term as the leader of the Oblate community here in Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales. We pray that he may continue to be salt and light in his role and to the Oblate family.
