Morning Prayer with the Oblates: Tuesday October 26th
We join Mary Ryan, a parishioner of the Oblate Parishes in Kilburn London, for morning prayer.
By our baptism we are all called to help build God’s kingdom here on earth in our lives. We have many opportunities to do this if we can only recognise them and act on them.
Small acts of kindness and love are like the mustard seed mentioned in today’s gospel reading. They can grow into something significant and transformational.
“Jesus said, ‘What is the kingdom of God like? What shall I compare it with? It is like a mustard seed which a man took and threw into his garden: it grew and became a tree, and the birds of the air sheltered in its branches.’” – Luke 13:18-21
Thanks for joining the Oblate Family morning prayer today.
