Good morning friends – we join Rámond Mitchelll  in London for our morning reflection. Rámond is the parish liturgist for the Anglican church of St George’s-in-the-East, and works closely with the Oblate community in Towerhill.

Enjoy this morning’s reflection with Rámond and also a beautiful rendition of the hymn “The Old Rugged Cross”.
