Good morning. Welcome to our Oblate Family Morning Prayer on Friday, January 10th 2025.  Today we join Tom McGrath in Brazil, to lead us in our time of prayer once again.

‘If you want to, you can cure me’

Tom reflects: ‘We have to realise that Jesus, by touching the leper, he himself became unclean. But Jesus says there is no uncleanliness. That’s what he’s trying to tell us. Looked at the man and said, I am willing be healed. And the man was healed immediately. Jesus then sent him to go to the priest because it was a ritual.’
