Oblate Family Morning Prayer: Monday June 26th With Pauline Thomas
Welcome and thank you once again for joining together today from Morning Prayer, which is coming to you from the OMI Centre of Mission on Anglesey. We join Pauline Thomas and we gather today as members of the Oblate family, as a community of faith and hope, supporting one another in prayer.
Perhaps we find it so much easier to point toward and judge another’s actions or the way of life than to deal with the ways that I myself might bring home to the Body of Christ – today’s gospel and the reflection by Pauline offer us some food for thought around the challenges that Jesus presents to us today around our own short comings and also to rebuild relationships and to see one another and our selves with clarity through God’s grace.
May the words of Saint Eugene De Maznod encourage us: “Practice among yourselves Charity, Charity, Charity!”
Thank you for joining us this morning.
