Good morning friends, we invite you to join Ann Marie Sylvester Charles in the Sacred Heart Church, Quex Road in Kilburn for our Oblate Family Morning Prayer.

Where do you see yourself in today’s gospel story? Would you be the one to answer Jesus? Do you welcome your brother and sister from a far away land? Do you speak to them and find out more about them? AnnMarie invites you to join her in the challenge of seeing Jesus in those we encounter every day.

“There in front of him was a man with dropsy, and Jesus addressed the lawyers and Pharisees. ‘Is it against the law’ he asked ‘to cure a man on the sabbath, or not?’ But they remained silent, so he took the man and cured him and sent him away.” – Gospel Luke 14:1-6
