The awards aim to recognise the outstanding people and many diverse housing organisations that make a real difference not only to housing, but to the lives of ordinary people and the communities in which they live.
Fr Patsy Carolan OMI, an Oblate from Dublin, won the All Island Chartered Institute of Housing Aware “Housing Hero 2019” award at the ceremony in Belfast on Friday, February 22nd, for his dedication and commitment to housing in the UK and Ireland over the last 50 plus years.
