Good morning,
Today we bring you a morning reflection on today’s scripture readings from:
Br Michael Moore OMI for Friday 7th March 2025 

Br Michael writes for us a small thought on today’s reading from Matthew. 9. 14-15:. Br Michael points out that Jesus often uses the image of marriage to describe God’s concern and love for us. Br Michael asks us to reflect with this question: What am I taking on for Lent and what will I let Lent do for me?

Let us pray:
Give us the grace, Lord,
to continue the works of penitence we have begun;
so that the Lenten observance we have taken upon ourselves
may be accomplished in sincerity of heart.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
God, for ever and ever.
Amen.
