The Oblate Family Morning Prayer: Monday 14th August 2023

Good morning and welcome to this time of prayer and reflection with Kathy Barclay from the parish of St Mary’s Star of the Sea, Leith.  Today is the feast of Saint Maximilian Kolbe, Priest, Martyr. 

Reflecting on today’s gospel we remember that we have to put the kingdom of God first and address the rest of life to that priority.  It is about protecting our faith but also respecting the way of life of those around us too.
