The Oblate Family Morning Prayer: Monday 18th November 2024 With Caroline Shevelan
Good morning friends. We invite you to join Caroline Shevelan in Cumbria, England for today’s morning prayer on Monday, November 18th 2024 of the 33rd Week in Ordinary Time.
Gospel | Luke 18:35-43 |
---|
‘Son of David, have pity on me’
Caroline reflects: “How Scripture is a living text, a living hope, good news for always. So this passage has something for us of God and of grace this morning. It is an exchange of words, of desires, of hope, of courage, of graciousness. Embedded in the questions is the desire of one man to see, to see clearly, and the desire of Jesus to be seen. “
Thank you for joining us this morning.
