The Oblate Family Morning Prayer: Monday 29th April 2024

Good morning dear friends.
This morning, on Monday, April 29th, 2024, we join Fr Vimal OMI from St Joseph’s Catholic Church in Colwyn Bay for our Oblate Morning Prayer. 

Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me.

Fr Vimal reflects: ” From the gospel passage today, one of the sentence, speak to my heart. Jesus says, if anyone loves me, he will keep my word. This is from our ordinary understanding. We can have many examples. If I love my mother, I do not want to hide anything. I listen to my mum. If I love my father, I don’t want to hurt my father. I follow whatever my father says.”
