Catherine Mullin brings us today’s prayer on Saturday May 15th. Catherine is the archivist for the Oblates of Mary Immaculate at the House of Retreat in Inchicore. She works to preserve and maintain the Oblate historical archives of this province. We are delighted she is presenting morning prayer today.

The Father loves you for loving me and believing that I came from God

Catherine reflects on today’s scripture passage: “We’re never alone, because being alone is not the same as being lonely. And that strikes me when I read that line. ‘Anything from the father he will grant in my name.’ Until now, you haven’t asked me. But if you ask and offer prayer, you will never feel as lonely or alone. “
