This poor widow has put in more than all
Fr Tom reflects: “Jesus himself gave like the widow. He gave all he possessed. He made a great sacrifice of his life. And that’s what he asks us to do today. We can ask the question, what can I give to the Lord today? Give my time, my energy. What I don’t need. I can share myself with others. Give something that would cost me just like the poor widow gave everything she possessed.”
