Good morning. We invite you to join our Oblate Family Morning Prayer. We join Mary Ryan in Sacred Heart Parish, Kilburn, for today’s time of prayer on Sunday, February 4th, 2024.

Today is the third day of the novena in honour of Our Lady of Lourdes. The Novena is from the 2nd to – the 11th of February, leading to up to Our Lady’s feast day (11th February).

Mary reflects: “Today we learn that Jesus prioritized prayer. He left the house before sunrise and went to a lonely place alone. We have many references like this in the Gospels. It’s a great guidance to us to prioritize prayer, to nourish our spirit and sustain us. Sustain us as we live out a life of faith and hope in our own and individual pathways within a prayer.”
