Good morning. We invite you to join our Oblate Family Morning Prayer. We join Anne Walker from Friends of Saint Eugene Group in Wistaston Hall, Crewe, for today’s time of prayer on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024, during the sixth week in ordinary time. 

Be on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees and the yeast of Herod

 
Anne reflects: “In today’s gospel, I feel that Jesus was aware that He needed to tell His disciples the effect that the teachings of the Pharisees could have on them. He was explaining to them that once they started loving the things of the world, like the Pharisees, they could become blind to the love of God. “
