Good morning all, and welcome to morning prayer. We join Fr Ray Warren, OMI, in De Mazenod House, London to pray as a community of faith and hope together and reflect on today’s gospel. In Advent we are preparing to greet the Christ-child, to welcome God into our world, our homes and our lives.

As we reflect on today’s gospel we ask ourselves if, like Zachariah, we are seeking a miracle to confirm our faith? 
Can we instead, like Elizabeth and Mary, leap into the unknown and trust in God completely?
