Good morning friends. We invite you to join Veronica and Wisdom for today’s morning prayer on Wednesday of the third week of Advent, December 18th. This week, the members of the Parish of St Mary’s, Star of the Sea, Leith, will lead us in our morning reflections.

‘How Jesus Christ came to be born’

Veronica reflects: ‘The narrative of the birth of Jesus invites us to reflect on the providential power of God. According to Jeremiah, the righteous branch will be raised up from David’s descendants, and through him people will be saved and live in safety. Many of us are often caught in the dilemma of doing the right thing, which might not always be the noble thing. ..’
