Good morning from Lourdes!

Today, we join members of the Oblate Youth Service with Fr Eduardo Nunez Yepez OMI in Lourdes on our third day of our pilgrimage, Wednesday 18th September. The young people from the Oblate Youth Service are accompanying and assisting our guests who are staying the Accueil (House of Welcome) during their days of pilgrimage here in Lourdes and are an important part of the Oblate Lourdes pilgrimage. Everyone is so grateful for their presence here with us on the pilgrimage and the joy and enthusiasm they bring with them.

We reflect: “By learning to see Christ in everyone, we naturally treat others with greater kindness, respect, and humanity. This is especially true for the most vulnerable among us. Today our prayer is for those vulnerable among us, that through us may the Lord will bring consolation, company and healing.”
