Good morning. Welcome to our Oblate Family Morning Prayer on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025, of week 2 in Ordinary Time. Today we go once again to St Mary’s Holyhead on the Isle of Anglesey where Paige Hudson Jones leads us in our time of prayer this morning.
Gospel | Mark 3:1-6
‘Is it against the law on the sabbath day to save life?’

Paige reflects: ‘After hearing the gospel today what would your answer be? I know most of us would see a person in need of want to help, no matter the day, no matter the time. However, would we do it? Knowing the consequences that we may face as Jesus did. I hope that answer too is yes.’
