Good morning and welcome to this time of prayer and reflection with Sr Lumay Thomas, the Parish Sister at Darndale-Belcamp.
Today’s gospel is about the Canaanite woman who debates with Jesus and saves her daughter. Her persistent faith in the Lord is what helps to get Jesus to help her daughter. Even when she is turned away she still has faith. As we pray together today let us ask that we too may a faith just as persistent as the Canaanite woman.
