Advent, a time of Hope: Daily Morning Prayer and Reflection, December 15th With Frank MacDonald
We join Frank in Scotland for today’s morning prayer.
We all wait for and anticipate a happy event of some kind, a homecoming, or the birth of a child. At this time, we are preparing and waiting for an event with all these rolled into one. While times are difficult, and we may be separated from loved ones, let’s do our best to be well prepared and try and enjoy Christmas.
“John, summoning two of his disciples, sent them to the Lord to ask, ‘Are you the one who is to come, or must we wait for someone else?’” – Luke 7:19-23
Thank you for praying with us this morning.
