Fr Joseph Leathem OMI: Funeral Mass streamed from Johannesburg May he rest in eternal peace

Fr. Joseph LEATHEM OMI (Southern Africa) died on March 16, 2020 in Johannesburg (Republic of South Africa).
Fr Joe continued in his mid-80s to serve as the much-appreciated parish priest at St Therese Parish, Edenvale, Johannesburg, where he had been ministering for many years. He recently celebrated the Diamond Jubilee of his ordination.
Fr Joe’s funeral Mass will be celebrated tomorrow, Friday 20 March at 9.30am South African time. (Only clergy and religious are invited owing to the restrictions).
Anyone who may be interested to follow the Mass, it would be both audio and video-streamed.

The Mass will be celebrated by Archbishop Buti Tlhagale OMI, Archbishop of Johannesburg and Fr Kevin Bugler OMI, contemporary of Fr Joe, will preach.
