Morning Prayer for the Feast of the Holy Family, December 30th

Good morning friends. We invite you to join Br Simon and Br Martin of the Presentation Brothers once again for our morning prayer today.

There’s a lot in our gospel texts today about dreams and God speaking through dreams. We must ask ourselves how God speaks to us in our lives today, and who have been the angels of the Lord for us? And it’s a time for us as well to give thanks for the gift of family, friends and loved ones.
The gospel reading today we see a family under great stress and pressure, as is the case with many families today. So we can also reflect on how we reach out to those in our families who may need help or may need a word of encouragement, or who may need us to be with them during difficult times.
