Morning Prayer: September 12th With Mary Ryan
Join Mary Ryan in the Sacred Heart Church, Quex Road for our morning prayer today. Reflecting upon the metaphor used by Jesus in today’s gospel, Mary shares how her experience building in central America has helped her realise how Jesus is the foundation of our faith, and has helped her pass that faith onto others in her work.
“He is like the man who when he built his house dug, and dug deep, and laid the foundations on rock; when the river was in flood it bore down on that house but could not shake it, it was so well built.” – from Luke 6:43-46
