Morning Prayer: Thursday 7th October, Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary With Jane and Lois in Cowyn Bay
We join the Oblate parish of St Joseph’s, Colwyn Bay in North Wales for our morning prayer. Today’s prayer is presented by Jane and Lois.
“‘So I say to you: Ask, and it will be given to you; search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you. For the one who asks always receives; the one who searches always finds; the one who knocks will always have the door opened to him.” Luke 11:5-13
Today’s lesson is one of perseverance. Don’t give up. Keep going in prayer, God is listening to your needs and he will respond to you if he thinks it is right for you… Saint Monica is an example of perseverance. She never gave up on praying for her wayward son, Augustine of Hippo.
Thanks for joining the Oblate family morning prayer.
