Morning Prayer with the Oblate Family, April 30th With Fr Frank Ryan in North Wales
Good morning and welcome to our morning prayer! Today, we are joined by Fr Frank Ryan OMI. Fr Frank is from St Joseph’s Parish, Colwyn Bay, in north Wales.
“The Word of the Lord continued to spread; the number of the disciples in Jerusalem was greatly increased, and a large number of priests made their submission to the faith.”
Today’s reading is from the Acts of the Apostles and focuses on the development of the early Church. In part, it brings to mind the importance, in the early Christian community, of inviting and welcoming others into the fold. In our lives, do we exemplify the love that we should have for each person we encounter? Or do we set up barriers in our hearts?
Thanks for joining us this morning.
