Morning Prayer with the Oblate Family, Monday November 14th

Good morning friends, we invite you to join Kay Curran for our morning prayer. Kay is a member of the Oblate Lourdes Pilgrimage team and leads us in today’s prayer from the Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes behind the Oblate parish church of Mary Immaculate in Inchicore.

In today’s gospel, we can imagine the faith this blind man had in Jesus when he was told who was passing by on the road to show the love and trust that He had in Jesus and ask for mercy. He really believed He could help him. “What do you want me to do for you?” Jesus asked him.

And I think we are asked the same question by Jesus.And I hope we are not afraid to turn to Jesus and say Lord, in my weakness and struggle, help me to turn to you even with more passion.
